Soda Blasting:
Great for delicate removal of coatings, fire damage and dirt using baking soda. Soda Blasting removes coating without damage to the surface being cleaned. Great for oil and grease.
Wet & Dry Blasting:
Removal of paint, coatings & rust using Blasting techniques and Eco-friendly blast media.
Vapor disinfection:
Water vapor and Quaternary sanitizer to disinfect large areas.
Efflorescence Removal
When water gets inside a brick’s pores (tiny fissures or hairline cracks), the salt substance evaporates out from inside then rises to the surface. Leaving behind a salty white-colored powder. It can happen to other unsealed porous surfaces like cement blocks, clay, lime, sand, trims, or backings. The efflorescent salts can also be found on your basement walls or anywhere dampness exists.
Lead Paint Removal
Lead poisoning occurs primarily in homes built before 1978, the year that lead was banned from residential paints. It’s caused by paint that’s flaking, peeling, chipping and chalking.
Let's Talk About Your Project:
ECO - 100 Elite
People have called the ECO-100 series the “Swiss Army Knife” of blasting! Delicate Job? Historic preservation work? With the ability to operate at a lower pressure, it can clean a business card and will only remove the surface contaminant and not cause surface damage (perfect for use on soft stone and masonry). Conversely, if you need to strip rust or old paint off a surface and prep it for a new coating – simply turn up the pressure and use a harder abrasive.

ECO - Aire Maxx
Eclipse Surface Technologies has spent many hours researching and testing many individual air drying components – we have come up with a configuration that is highly portable and designed to withstand the rigors of an outdoor job site environment.
THE PROCESS
01
STAGE 1 - AFTERCOOLER
Our After cooler is an industrial grade unit that we factory mount to the bottom of a HD hand truck. As the air travels through the After cooler, it cools and forms condensate. The ECO-Arie® Maxx works best with 150 – 250 CFM air compressors and uses 12 Volt power to operate. Simply clip the cables onto your compressor battery to get started.
02
STAGE 2 - WATER SEPARATOR
This component traps the condensate produced by the Aftercooler and utilizes an automatic float drain.
03
STAGE 3 - HIGH-EFFICIENCY COALESCING AIR FILTER
The air that exits the water separator then goes through the Coalescent Air Filter, which traps any remaining contaminants, including any residual lubricants, down to 1 micron. This important stage ensures your blast vessel always stays clean and dry, and also prevents these contaminants from ending up on the surface you are blasting.
This is critical for anyone needing to comply with Military or SSPC abrasive blasting specifications.

It will not come OFF!
